Summary

Foldless is built so that EchoPersona cannot collect your data — because we have no servers to collect it with.

• Foldless works 100% on your device. There is no account, no sign-up, and no login.
• We operate no backend server, no cloud storage, and no database. Nothing you do in Foldless is uploaded or transmitted to us.
• Foldless contains no analytics SDKs, no tracking, and no ads.
• Your captures, projects, and settings are stored only on your device.
• The only times data leaves the app are actions you take yourself — saving a capture to your Photos library or sharing it through the operating system's share sheet.

1. About Foldless

Foldless is a mobile application for iOS and Android, published by EchoPersona ("we," "us," or "our"). Foldless lets you browse to any web page in its built-in in-app browser and capture the entire scrollable page as a single long image or as a vector PDF.

This Privacy Policy explains how Foldless handles information. Because Foldless runs entirely on your device and we operate no servers, the short version is simple: we do not collect, receive, store, or have access to your personal data or your captures.

2. Information We Collect

We collect no personal information. Foldless has no account system and no backend, so there is no point at which your information is sent to us.

• No account data: there is no sign-up, login, name, email, or profile required to use Foldless.
• No usage analytics: Foldless contains no analytics, telemetry, or usage-reporting SDKs. We do not know which pages you capture or how you use the app.
• No tracking or advertising: Foldless does not use advertising identifiers, does not display ads, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
• No captures sent to us: the screenshots and PDFs you create are never uploaded or transmitted to EchoPersona.

3. Local Storage on Your Device

Everything Foldless creates lives on your device and nowhere else:

• Captures: the long images and vector PDFs you generate are stored in Foldless's local storage on your device.
• Projects: any projects or collections you organize captures into are stored locally.
• Settings: your app preferences are stored locally.

You are in full control of this local data. You can delete individual captures or projects within Foldless at any time, and deleting the app removes all of its local data from your device.

4. The In-App Browser & Third-Party Sites

To capture a page, you navigate to it inside Foldless's in-app browser. When you visit a website, you are interacting directly with that third-party site:

• Third-party privacy practices apply: the websites you load have their own privacy policies and data practices, which are outside our control and responsibility.
• Local site data may be stored on your device: like any browser, the in-app browser may let sites set cookies or store session data on your device so that, for example, your logins persist between visits. This data is stored locally by the browser engine on your device.
• We do not read or exfiltrate it: Foldless does not read, harvest, transmit, or send any of that website data to EchoPersona or any third party.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any websites you visit through the in-app browser.

5. Permissions

Foldless uses only standard platform services, and only for the feature you are using. Each permission can be granted or revoked at any time in your device's system settings.

• Photos (add-only): when you choose to export a capture, Foldless requests add-only access to save that image or PDF to your Photos library. Foldless does not read or browse your existing photos.
• Share sheet: when you share a capture, you use the operating system's native share sheet to send it to an app or contact you select. This is a user-initiated action handled by your device, not by us.

Exporting and sharing are always initiated by you. Foldless never moves your captures off the device on its own.

6. Children's Privacy

Foldless is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where a higher age of consent applies). 7. Data Security

Your captures and other Foldless data remain on your device and are protected by your device's own security — such as your passcode, biometrics, and the operating system's app sandboxing and encryption.

Because we operate no servers and never receive your data, there is no remote EchoPersona database that could be breached to expose your captures or activity. Keeping your device secure and up to date is the most effective way to protect your local Foldless data.

8. App Stores

Foldless is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These platforms may independently collect their own data — such as download, purchase, and aggregate usage information — in accordance with their own policies, not ours:

• Apple's practices are described in the Apple Privacy Policy.
• Google's practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Any purchase made for Foldless is processed by the relevant app store. We never receive your payment card details.

9. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Privacy laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) give individuals rights over personal data that a business collects and processes about them.

Because EchoPersona does not collect, receive, store, or process any personal data through Foldless, there is no personal data held by us to access, export, correct, or delete. We do not sell or share personal information, because we have none.

• You already control all of your data: every capture, project, and setting lives on your device, so you can view, export, or delete it directly within Foldless or by removing the app.
• No data export from our side: we cannot provide a copy of your personal data because we do not hold any.
• No deletion request needed: there is nothing to delete on our servers; deleting data in the app removes it entirely.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice as appropriate, such as a prominent notice on our website or within the app.
