Foldless (the "Application") is provided by EchoPersona ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Application will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free. Your use of the Application is at your sole risk.

Foldless captures full-page screenshots as long images or vector PDFs. We do not guarantee that any capture will be pixel-perfect, complete, or an exact reproduction of what you saw on screen.

Some pages may not capture fully or correctly, including but not limited to:

• Pages with dynamic, lazy-loaded, or interactive content that changes as you scroll
• Content protected by DRM or other copy restrictions
• Certain embeds, iframes, videos, or third-party widgets
• Very tall pages that exceed the maximum capture height (approximately 25,000px), which may be truncated

You should always review and verify a capture before relying on it for any purpose.

The in-app browser loads third-party websites that we do not own, operate, or control. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to capture, store, and share any content you access, and for complying with each website's copyright, terms of service, and any applicable laws.

EchoPersona does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any third-party content, nor for how you use the captures you create. Capturing content you do not have permission to use may infringe the rights of others, and you assume full responsibility for such use.

All captures are stored locally on your device only. EchoPersona has no copy of your captures, no backend, and no ability to recover anything for you.

Deleting the Application, clearing its data, or resetting or losing your device will permanently remove your captures. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups, for example by exporting captures to Photos or another location you control.

Captures created with Foldless are not certified, authenticated, or legally authoritative records. They should not be relied upon as official evidence, legal documentation, or a tamper-proof archive. For any use that requires a verifiable or certified record, use an appropriate professional service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall EchoPersona, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or content, arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you actually paid for the Application.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
